Regarding this one, its a bit tricky as when you extract these files they will almost always come out in a format not really usable by most mobile devices as the backup file is intended to be imported back to the same model/operating system. I made a backup with my old Vivaz and it's compressed in .arc. My phone broke and I can't get those contacts now. I've tried with several programs but still no luck, some don't recognize the archive, and one I've tried gets 30 of them in a single .txt file.
