Well gues what? It doesent. I hade on my phone 100mb free ram and when i was starting a game it crashed or even freeze, but when i killed the apps manualy i hade 314mb (more than duble) free ram and since then i didnt had any problems with any other game or app.

p.s. I dont think that facebook(95mb ram) no sync used or contacts(25mb ram) are so important to run on the backround since they where still runing after the crashed apps.

any app that you install in your phone will use RAM unless it's not open, but some apps run in the background, thus, using your RAM, don't worry about the amount of free RAM Android will close apps as it need RAM (free up RAM)

regarding chaton, that seems to be an app issue not your phone.

Don't forget to mark the Correct Answers & Helpful Answers

unrelated topic, if you have some time please check this thread

http://talk.sonymobile.com/message/244522#244522

I still dont get it..why sony didnt make an automatic task killer to free the devices ram as mutch as possible since ics consume more then gb. ? My facebook app is using 95mb ram of my device...when i exit the app is still running in the backround still using that amount of ram. Why we sould kill those apps by our own and not the android do it by it selve? Too mutch to ask?
