Phone Dead

I have had my Arc S for some three moths now.

I really liked it when I first got it, but every day it started being slower and slower, getting to a point where I was in any app, touched the "Home" button, and had to wait more than a minute for the phone to load.

On the last days, it started overheating for the minimum things, like texting or reading.

On Saturday evening, while I wasn`t using it, the phone suddenly turned off and wouldn`t turn on again.

I got the battery out and in like a hundred times, presses the power button forever, charged it and even connected it to the computer but absolutely nothing happened.

Please answer, I am not using my phone since Saturday and I am really missing it!!!

remove the battery > press and hold the power button for 5 seconds > connect your Arc to the wall charger > put the battery back on > let it charge for 30min > after 30min try to turn it on

as for lag, do NOT install any taskillers and/or antivirus this will slow down your phone, if you have a lot of sms/mms or call logs, delete them.
