Issue in connecting USB to PC

I am using Sony Xperia Tipo Dual while attaching USB to the PC it is showing a wizard for installation of device.

And while installing the device I am getting an error that "The required section is not found in INF".

Because of which i am not able to use connect my mobile to the PC.

Please help

turn off your antivirus and firewall and try again

also install SUS and restart your PC and try again

I tried turning off antivirus and firewall and connecting again

But it didn't worked i am facing the same problem again.

And what is SUS.

install SUS > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run SUS
