Can't Repair phone via pc companion on windows 8

I am trying to repair my phone via PC Companion on windows 8.

At first PC COmpanion recognise my sola,

but after i downloaded the fw,

it ask me to insert my usb cable to my phone while pressing the volume down button.

When i did it,

windows says there is no driver for my phone.

what should i do?

i just want to repair my phone.

are there no sola driver for windows 8?

Please use the Update Service tool specially designed for Windows 8 and is specially for updating and repairing Phone's firmware and softwares...

thanks for having me back.

just downloaded the apps.

but still

whenever i insert the usb while holding volume down..

windows says USB device not recognized.

i wonder if it is because of the USB 3.0 port that i used,

because my notebook only come with USB 3.0 port,

no 2.0.
