Cant Link Contacts !!

I just recently found out that i can no longer link my contacts saved on my mobile.
When ever i try to do so, it force closes.
I could do this before but now i cant for some reason ...
Please Help

which contacts?
which app are you using?
do you have any taskillers or antivirus?
have you disabled any app?

No i dont have any antivirus
the only taskkiller i have is "go power saver"
and i have not disabled any apps
and i am using the normal built in contacts app for android. and i can not link the normal facebook contacts to the newlymade phone number contacts .

If I'm not wrong, you have to key in their name based on their facebook name first.

After that, link that name to their facebook, and you can then rename them to what you want on your contacts.

Also, make sure your facebook has Sync to existing contacts ticked. Not sure if that affects it, but that's how I link my contacts to their Facebook.
