Gyroscope and accelerometer not working

Hello

I have a problem with my Xperia S who won't rotate the screen and all applications using the gyro cannot be used.

The "Auto-rotate screen" option is enabled, i try to repair it using the PC Companion but still dont working.

In the *#*#7378423#*#* test: Compass block the phone and after he restart automatically,

accelerometer say "This device does not support the function" and gyroscope X,Y,Z values are empty.

I don't know what is.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
