Phone Locked - Screen Does Not Work

I have sony ericsson live walkman (WT19i). today the screen does not work. I can power it off & on . At the time of power on screen display the startup video after that a vibration occur and screen goes black and not working. increase or decrease the volume but can not get the touch screen to react. when I plug my headphone it also play the mp3.but home or lock button dosn't work.

Please help me.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
