How do you set your phone to silent/vibrate? Via the standard widget or any 3rd party one?

If the problem still persists even after an update/repair/reset you need to send the phone in to a service location for repair. Please contact your retailer for information and help to send in the phone.

I just use the side volume button on my phone..

I didn't use any 3rd party app to set my phone

Actually when I reinstall android system, the problem disappeared. but when I'm installing more apps, the problem comes back...however i'm installing as least apps as possible, i'm just using some common apps like whatsapp, line, colornote, jorte, etc....

btw. Will the Internal Storage be deleted as well when I take it to repair centre??
