Wifi hangs.

I'm so tired with this Wifi problem on my Sola so I'm starting to think that maybe it is actually hardware not software error. But I don't want to bring my phone to service centre so they after a month can tell me that thay just reinstalled phone and everything is fine (as the problems occors only after about wekk after reinstalling software).

So the problems is that about week after 4.0 update Wifi hanged. It works fine if you are on Wifi, but if you are loosing signal or trying to disable it manually it just hangs and you can't use internet (both 3G and Wifi) unless you restart phone. And when wifi is on, battery goes from 100% to 0% in few hours (without doing anything else). It shows that Wifi have used 60-80% of battery, normally it doesnt use more than few %. Tried factory restet few times, everything forks fine for about week, than all the same. Tried reinstalling as well, everything worked for about 2-3 weeks, than same problem again. Recent software update didn't helped a bit.

So anyone else got this problem? Is it software or hardware error? Is there any point to bring phone to service centre?

But before that, I would like to recommend you to run Update Service to repair phone's firmware first to determine its a software or hardware problem...

Already tried that some time ago. It worked fine after for about 2-3 weeks, than again same problem.

This has been reported before in other threads and it's being investigated. Unfortunately I don't have any updates about this at the moment but I will post in concerned threads as soon as I have any news.
