message problems with c902?

C902 has just randomly started not receiving any texts? and sometimes have to keep trying to send texts, can receive and make phone calls, and send texts. Would this be to do with the service centre number? Also when charge phone...a message comes up saying "stop charging phone, stop using phone?"

Unless you've accidentally changed the service centre number, this is unlikely, especially as it occurs randomly. The symptoms are more likely associated with software problems, so run the update service on the phone.
