Media Go not installing.

Hi all, just trying to set up media go on my computer and keep getting ERROR 1935 message coming up (very annoying).

Does anyone else have this problem?

And can anyone help please?

Or is there an itunes alternative to load up for android?

This is not an error I have come across before and so have just been having a bit of a look around. It seems this is an error experienced by a lot of people when installing a variety of media based software on their PC. unfortunately I cannot access the links themselves regarding this issue however if you want an alternative you can simply access the phones storage as a USB storage device and drag and drop the content you wish to transfer.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

thanks, but really need a better solution as some files need to formated for the phone as draging them over and waiting for four hours for a movie clip to be converted is a pain. It was much easier with the iPhone as it was converted straight away.
