So I followed the steps, it took a few hours to download onto my PC and now it seems my phone is just a blank bit of plastic! </P><P></P><P>I thought it would give me the option of back up but that was nowhere to be found and now all I get is a triangle with an ! in it next to a pic of a phone.... I've tried everything on PC Companion but it keeps saying that the phone isn't connected, then it is, then it's not! </P><P></P><P>HELP me please all my pics of my new baby are on there along with medical stuff for my son.
