Problem with echo in BT headset

Hello

I just bought a brand new xperia sola from greece. It works perfectly and its fully updated, but I have a very annoying issue with my Bluetooth headset. Whenever a conversation begins the recipient hears his voice with echo and it doesnt stop until I either mute my mic or change headset.

The problem occurs with Benq-Siemens (HBH-600) while Sony-Ericsson (HBH-600) works fine. Also, the regular headset that comes in package works fine. The Benq headset works perfectly on my xperia x8 also so its not a problem of the headset.

What can i do to fix this problem? I really need to keep using that benq handsfree and I'd like to keep doing it with my new phone too.

It's probably a compatibility issue between that specific headset and the Bluetooth hardware used in Xperia sola.

Great. I love that kind of incompatibilities! Thanks for your answer.

Is it possible to list some headsets that are compatible with it, so i wont waste money trying to find something that should be compatible in the first place?
