well i was trying to make it, but i didnt found the files where the bootsound is located on the phone

anyone can help me? thanks

Are you rooted user? As far as I know Xperia U does not have a boot sound not atleast in my phone. You can change the animation although if you are a root user.

As jatinrungta said - you need Root access to Android's file structure. Then you can change boot animation in System\Media\bootanimation.zip . In that ZIP is set of .png pictures whose you can modify/change and so on. But that's not all - there is also config file which must be modified too. If you just want to change picture (in our case shihing XPERIA) logo, you can modify each .png by each. Just unzip that ZIP and everything will be clear for you
