I have been experiencing inconsistent network in 3G mode (WCDMA (preferred) / GSM. Looks like firmware 184 has solved the network issue for GSM mode but 3G is unusable. Everytime I get a call, it drops within seconds. The signal is so inconsistent that it mostly drops to zero. I reside in India. Sony,, please address this issue. As a company of this experience, it is disappointing that you still cannot do somethings so elemental.

Please dont answer to repair my phone.. I have done that and it did not work.

I am still not able to connect my mobile to PC. Not able to have a good network connection in 3G mode. No trustable news about ICS updates. No changelog with any of your updates.

Way back, I mailed Sony support about the above problems with my Xperia Sola and after 3 months, I get a dumb reply to repair my X10.. (which I didn't have).. :smileyconfused:.....

Try setting your network connection from automatic to manual and register on your network manually. This might help.
