loosing screen pages

sometimes my xp looses 1 of the main screen page/Apps page, one less at one time say 10 minutes later it looses another page. the only way to bring back these pages is shut the phone/reboot it. no information is lost when the pages come back. as far as i can tell there is no specific function after which this happens. android ver. 4.0.4 build # 6.1.B.0.544. have tried reparing this etc. zilch. this is basically very bugging. any help or suggestions will be appreciated

open the app drawer > tap on the AZ icon > Alphabetical

does this happen when you connect your phone to a computer?

No. There may be another problem when audio flies are transfered from the PC via PC Companion the file format is not supported by XP but when the same file is transfered from a sony laptop using windows and not PC Companion there is no problem. may be the two issues are related/unrelated i do not know

transfering files with PCC or media go takes too long, just use windows to do it. you might want to repair your phone
