Xperia pro (mk16a) problems

I have a xperia pro and updated it to ICS. But I have 2 problems:

1. When i select WCDMA or GSM (only 1 network mode) in network mode and then shut down and turn on the phone, this setting gets back to its default (WCDMA/GSM) both networks.

2. Since the upgrade the wifi only works in 802.11g, and this is a device that supports 802.11 b/g/n.

Please if someone can help me ill be gratefull.

The first problem is something that I have reported earlier and it's being looked into.

Have you been able to confirm the Wi-Fi problem with any other router as well? If this is independent of router I suggest that you contact your local support team to have the phone examined at an repair center.

I have other problem with my xperia pro. This is when I share the internet connection with my pc via wifi or usb (tethering & portable hotspot). I can establish a network connection but I cant get access to the internet.
