neo v touch problem

I bought neo v in march 2012 and later upgraded it to ICS. Until 5 sep everything was fine and I was satisfied.

now I am continuously experiencing swipe unlock issues and a part of screen become unresponsive to touch. due to which I can not move or enable any app in that particular area.

while trying to sort out the problem , sometime homescreen automatically swiped and application automatically started.

switching it off or removing its battery or doing factory reset is not helping at all.

problem persists for some time (from few minutes to some time few hours) and then screen automatically resume it responsiveness.

plz help...
