xperia go Shutting Down problem

I've bought my XPERIA go 1 week ago... everything's okay... but when i remove my SIM card my xperia go automatically shutting down... and the problem is my xperia go is still showing words "shutting down.." in its display for hours... but my xperia go won't turn off yet.. how do i turn it off?.. sorry for my bad english... thanks

it's normal that your Xperia will restart if you move or remove or insert a SIM card, but it shouldn't take too long to turn back on, repair it with PCC or SUS

just press the power button and th volume rocker upward and it will restart
