      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have bght xperia sola abt a month bck and i have had not much problems besides :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) My mobile goes into sleep or smthing due to which it loses network because if it is in standby for long the caller get the message "mobile is switched off" &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Often my mobiles looses sound effects in apps and i have to restart it ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i donno if these are bugs or sme sort of problem with device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other sim as in a new sim or carrier and I had updated my phone to. 184 using sus... &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And this problem is real troublesome u miss important calls at night as the phone losses network.&amp;nbsp; Just the other day I had to pick someone from station and I missed because my phone said switched off and the person on other end thinks it's intentional...kind of puts u in a odd situation &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can some give any solution to this... Urgent plz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;i contacted the customer care they asked me to repair my phone using pc companion but every time i try i get an error server is overloaded try later been trying since 2 days and still overloaded....this happened when i was trying to upgrade to .184 too and then i had to use the Sony update Service software....so how do i make pc companion work for repair?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
