Notification tones work intermittently

When I updated my ROM to the ICS build 6.1.B.0.544 everything was working fine for me. But I noticed battery consumption went very high when i actively used my data connection. I tried to repair my phone, and then, I observed notification tones for messages, email, watsapp,etc were working intermittently! I tried a factory settings reset, didn't help; tried factory data erase, didn't help. This is crazy, I really had hoped that the ICS update coming after so long should be devoid of atleast silly bugs like these. Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this or do I wait for the next build?

Hi Johan As Menace Mentioned regarding the Notofication tone issue, It is facing by Many users, Its a bug In FWm which is resolving by restarting the mobile, Please forword the same to concern department and get the Issue solved in Coming updates.

Hi Johan,

Tried updating thru SUS as well but doesn't help! Restarting does help, but only temporarily. Hoping for a fix in the next build!
