PROBLEM AFTER UPDATING TO ICS

Hi, i'm having problems after updating to ICS, when i turn it on there is a warning sign with a photo of a mobile phone and never starts.

Something must have went wrong with the update.Try repairing with SUS or PCC.

My Laptop does not recognise the phone XPERIA P even the PCC

It just shows a Pic of a Phone & a big triangel with a ! inside and rebooting all the time

Is there a combination of pressing keys? (i have tried power on/off & volume)

Try with SUS.It might find the phone,so you can update.

I installed SUS and found the phone by pressing the volume down, it worked.
