c903 charging problem

I have a problem charging my c903. When I plug the charger I get intechanging messages that the phone is charging and that I should also unplug the charger. After many attempts I can get the message "unplug the charger" not showing and the battery icon on the phone shows that the phone is charging. However, after long times the battery remains uncharged.

When I plug the usb cable to my computer the phone charges without any problems. I tried charging my baterry on another sony phone with the same charger and it works fine. The ac charger does not charge my battery only on my c903.

I updated the software of my phone using the pc companion and the repair phone task but the problem remains.

What else should I try?

Try a master reset and/or a different wall charger, just in case there is a specific problem between your phone and that particular charger. You may also want to clean the fast port connector pins on the phone. Hope this helps.

Push 'C' button right after a fresh reboot up to 40s.
