      <title>problem with volume control</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a neo v. Recently the phone switches to silent mode on its own.. I can see the volume control bar on the screen ffor prolonged periods. Even if I manually change my profile to loud it randomly switches to silent. While talking the ear piece volume starts going down on its own. And when I use any media the volume keeps going down on its own. When I use he camera it starts zooming on its own.. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
