Low ram

Hi all,

My phone has a little free ram (about 100mb) while this phone has 512mb. I do not run any app except facebook and maps.

I can't understand what's problem of it. Please help me find out.:smileyconfused:.

I play asphalt 6 with version i bought from gameloft but it's very lag.

Does anyone run it without a problem?

sorry, I don't play that game, but I do use facebok and I've noticed that it sometimes uses 70-80 MB of RAM

other stuff seems normal...
but facebook is really crazy with RAM usage

I don't use any task killers, but sometimes I do kill facebook manually because it annoys me lol
what does it need 80 MB of RAM for??? and it sometimes won't even load pictures!!!

anyway, try with other similar games to see if they lag, and maybe try killing facebook before playing

Many of u may not agree with me but using Task Killers actually saved my phones ram. I usually have 150 - 175 MB of free RAM. This video shows Asphalt 6 runs smooth in Xperia U.

I've played temple run, temple run brave, cut the rope, where's my water, world of goo, angry birds...
they all work fine, but I don't think they're the same kind of games :smileygrin:

I have tested Dead Trigger, Need For Speed Shift, Temple Run and Plants vs Zombies and all worked fine.

Even Asphalt 7 is running perfectly on my Xperia U.. No issues!

uninstall all the task killers and battery saver apps.....plus dont allow facebook to run in background.....u'll notice huge change in free ram.....!!!
my phone always has 160-180 mb free ram......even asphalt 7 runs smoothly....:smileyhappy:
