It was, and i tried to update but I'm still failing.</SPAN></P><P></P><P><SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"><STRONG>While using "Pc companion"</STRONG> my phone turns off and pc freezes. Sometimes it happens not to turn off and in these moments i do everything as it's said in instructions. However, when i press the button to minimize volume( <EM>as it said in instructions)</EM> and put the usb-cable, phone just goes on recharging.</SPAN></P><P></P><P><SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"><STRONG>While using "Update service" </STRONG>nothing happens at all.
