Media Go 2.2 cannot be installed

I have a Windows 7 notebook and simply cannot get Media Go 2.2 installed, it is aborted by the time the Playstation store is being installed.

The error message is "There was an error installing the Playstation store"

Could not find any similar issue in the Media Go website.

Can you please help investigate this and provide a solution?

Disable your firewall/antivirus software and try installing it again.

I cannot disable as this is company computer. I expect that Sony Mobile could check this error.

Hi, you probably have tried some of this, but I would try:

1. Restart your computer (don't laugh, it really helps with some things!)

2. Update Java

3. Check Windows Update to see if you need anything important updated, especially anything

related to NET framework.

4. Make sure you have no other installations open. If you did a big installation recently, restart the PC.

If you report back, I'll try figure it out some more.
