      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, you probably have tried some of this, but I would try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Restart your computer (don't laugh, it really helps with some things!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Update Java&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Check Windows Update to see if you need anything important updated, especially anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;related to NET framework. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Make sure you have no other installations open. If you did a big installation recently, restart the PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you report back, I'll try figure it out some more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
