Most often seen in network activity (using the mobile network 2G/3G) and games (possibly due to heating). I also noticed that this problem started to appear after update 4.0.4

Same here, but in random and only when activating Airplane mode. After returning to normal mode (turning off Airplane), network is fine so I'm ignoring it and crossing my fingers for sony to fix it in JB:smileylaugh:. Yes, happened only in ICS. Never occured in GB.
