Hello!

Sorry for my bad English, I have Xperia S - for the last 2 months of no problems, but now the trouble "SIM card removed The mobile network will be unavailable until you restart with a valid SIM card inserted. Restart ..."

At mobile operator SIM card replaced with a new, 3 days the problem was not observed but now reappeared. Most often seen in network activity (using the mobile network 2G/3G) and games (possibly due to heating). I also noticed that this problem started to appear after update 4.0.4

I have exactly the same problem, and it only seems to happen when switching between 2g and 3g or turning on airplane mode.

I hope someone has an answer for us

Same here, but in random and only when activating Airplane mode. After returning to normal mode (turning off Airplane), network is fine so I'm ignoring it and crossing my fingers for sony to fix it in JB:smileylaugh:. Yes, happened only in ICS. Never occured in GB.

Recently I made a factory data reset, but the Android version 4.0.4 and left the problem persists-_-

I even tried upgrading phone to latest available software

Android version 4.04

4.1.B.0.431

Really this one is worrying , please can someone suggest..

OMG a month later came the answer from Sony Mobile Russia, the guys are very bad work, I demand to spend a check.

Thank you for contacting Support Center Sony Xperia.

Spotlight you restore your phone. You can do this using the application PC companion, download and install it on your computer from our website: http://www.sonymobile.com/ru/tools/pc-companion/.

Before upgrading or restoring the software, please save all your personal data on your phone, as this operation will remove them.

Connect your phone to your PC using a compatible cable USB.

If the phone is a new version software, the PC companion application, a message appears. Selecting the Update function, you go to the section Support Zone or Software Update, where you can perform the update. The process consists of four steps: Start - Training - Update - Done.

If your phone has the latest software - disconnect the phone from the computer, in the section Support zone, click Start - Update phone - Start - "Recovery Phone" and follow the instructions on the screen.

Please make a backup of your phone, as this operation may result in the loss of personal data
