When you update your phone, your walkman player too gets updated, Its hard to see any changes in the way it looks and work, so you can't clearly say that updating your phone will change the interface and looks of your music player, one more thing if you are getting a update notification, then Its not a update of your walkman player but an OTA update for new build number .587 of your phone and not only for the music player:smileyhappy:
