Try repairing with PC Companion, it's basically reinstaling of Xperia OS. Backup important dats before because everything is going to be erased (except sdcard folder).

Usually problems appear when updating ICS withoit wiping data, and repair solves it.

I can't even repair my phone with pc companion bacause it stuck on press down volume key. What should i do guys???

hi there, Dont panic, have you just updated your phone to ICS? if yes dont worry, android operating system takes time to settle down with your phone. after few days or after few cycles ( of battery from 10% to 100%) your battery will work just fine, a normal battery backup for xperia p stands for one day.
