X10 does not start anymore

Yesterday I started an android navigation app and my phone immediately shut down. I thought just to turn on my phone again, but unfortunately this did not work. When I turned my phone on it only vibrates and then it will not do anything. The screen stays black and no led light is on (or in the process). When I try this again, it will not even vibrate. Only when I remove and re-insert the battery it will do the same. I also tried to leave the sim and mini-sd card out and that didn't work either. And unfortunately it will also not work when it is connected to the pc or recharger.

My phone is a year old and it worked fine. Can you help me to get my phone working again? Thank you in advance!

Hi, is there any way you could test with another battery? Also, how about leaving phone to charge for some time?

you can try to repair it with SUS and if that doesn't work, take it to a Sony Repair Center
