Download and install to PC/Laptop, launch it and follow on-screen instructions. Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It means you can't repair your phone since ICS is available for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now what you could is to remove the battery and reinsert it , charge to full and monitor it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it behaves abnormally then you will have to go to service center in order to get the software repair done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are unofficial ways too , but that may/would void the warranty of the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
