Problem with xperia go

Hi all

I have a big problem with my xperia go

This morning i took the phone off the charger and it worked ass it should and i clicked on an app i use often now the phone kinda looked it self or something.Cant do anything with it the screen is on but black/blue and i cant hook it up to PC/Companion because it cant find the phone and i cant turn it of either its just DEAD

Can it be reebooted?

Please help i use the phone in my work

but still if you're asking how to reboot it try this..press and hold ON/OFF key+volume up key see if it works...

if everything fails repair you're phone with SUS (sony update service) here's the link...........

By doing what u said to phone shut down and i was able to restart it now it seems to work as normal again

hi, i cannot turn my xperia go on again... everything was perfectly fine but the power button is i think broken... while it was turned on earlier, i tried to reset it using power+volume up... it took several tries but, it did somehow shut down, but it wont turn back on again... is there any way that if i go to the link u provided and download update service,that it will turn the phone back on automatically? or do you have any other suggestions that i may try?

Hi,

are you sure the power button is broken..?? and was you're phone shut down due to battery or it was charged..??

if you're phone won't turn on hold down the volume up+ power key for 10 sec if the phone won't boot up and the link which i provided is for the phone's software repair perhaps you can try it see if it works basically it fix if the phone has got software problem as well as update ( if any ) also does a factory reset.....you can give it a try...let me know it...:smileyhappy:

and ahh...if you're sure you've broke the power key please i suugest you not to try anything and visit a service center.....

wow... u really know a lot man... thanks... no it was charged and i just tried to reset it because the power button wont work but it did eventually turn off after several attempts, but i tried to turn it on and it wont do it... so now im currently updating the software, and after this will it automatically turn the phone on? because if it does then ill just have to get it fixed next time, i can live w/o the power button as long as it's on... hehe... im just at 75MB of 290MB... kinda slow connection right now coz it's raining...

first i'm sorry....for my late reply i should have replied earlier but.......can't.....was........busy..anyway...ahh...nope i don't know anything.....yet.....just learning....:smileysilly:

well i guess long time has past and also you should have repaired....you're phone....do let me know the status.....is it turning or not.....if not i guess you've got a problem with power button or PBA but it's the service center who'll asssist you better....:smileywink:

tried to do update twice but failed before completing... yeah, ill just try to go to the service center... will keep u updated soon... thanks man...
