      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although the new update has increased the volume of the rear speaker but the crackling sound is still present and is now more audible due to increased volume. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also the music volume through the earphone have not increased and remains too low to be enjoyable. It is very disappointing that sony could not correct this 3 months after releasing the phone and after 3 software updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly resolve them sincerely in the next update sony developers...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
