I gave my Sony Live with Walkman handset for repairing on 27\7\2012 in sony service centre . They told me we want 15 days for repairing. After 15 days i went there they told me that part is not available please contact costumer care. So I called costumer care they told me it will take 5 days more . After 5 days I called up again they said 3 days more . After 3 days I called up then Mr. Rakshit Mahajan send this mail .

Dear Bhusan,

Thank you for contacting the Sony Xperia support centre.

We understand that you submitted your Sony Live with Walkman handset at the service center and have not received yet.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and we are here to assist you.

In response to your query we would like to inform you that as per the records the part for your handset has been dispatched from the head office on 14th August'12 and is in transit and will take few more days to reach to you as on 15th it was a holiday and now on Monday you will get the handset.

Kindly be assured that your device will be delivered to you as it takes about 4 to 5 days to get the handset back to the customer after

the part is dispatched from the head office.

So I went there on Wednesday in sony service center person told me they haven’t receive any part from head office .

After talk to customer care several times they transfered my call to repair dept. I had a talk with many senior executive .

No one knows when that part is going to be available and now I have feeling that nobody care about my phone.

Now there is enough of patience from my side, given enough time to Sony. I have already lost my 1 month warranty period what about that????

Since I'm not really into either the case or what kinds of possibility's you have as a customer in India to make a complaint of any kind since I'm not located in that market I have very small possibility myself to help you out.

The best way to proceed most likely is by contacting the Sony Mobile support again and ask them for help of the best way to proceed to sort this out. There's always a solution to these kinds of errands, the question is just what goes for each case.

What if i haven't get my handset in that week ????
