Battery: Worst Case scenario

Wanted to know, in worst case scenario, how long is the battery life for the sola ( i mean total charging cycles)?

Incase the battery does get detoriated over a year..is there any legal way to replace it?

AFAIK, the battery is non-replacable for Sola.

Also considering all the network dependent criterias, what should be the range for the battery to last for with a single charge of 100%

Usage : 1 hr of Wifi

Talk Time: 1 hr

Data off

No GPS/BT/NFC

No Games

I am currently just about getting 24 hrs

Good question. I also wanted to know the same. I have seen some youtube videos about removing the battery in Xperia S and Xperia S has a SonyEricsson battery. I also searched for similar videos for Xperia Sola but no luck. I purchased my sola from another country and I live in another country and I do not know whether there is a sony support center for sony mobiles in my country. If we know the model number of the battery, at least we can order it online.

Do you guys know the model number of battery in the Xperia Sola?

Well - if you look at the picture of this battery... it is clearly NOT for the Sola.

Since the battery of the sola is not user exchangeable anyway and the original one just has 1300 mAh i really don't believe that this replacement battery with more than twice of the capacity (2680 mAh) is for the Sola. I think, this is just a mistake.

And by the way: Many of these "super" batteries are just a fake and don't really offer the promised capacity.

Worst battery life ever..even china fone has better battery back up than sola..:smileycry:Sola a very nice fone in other aspects..but battery means a lot..
when am at my work place or at home..fone is always connected to charger..

but it is horrible when m travelling through out the day..i need to carry a extra fone for back up.
Sony please work upon this:smileysad:

my fone is 100% charged at 2pm and at 5pm it shows 70% with out even using it for any purpose...ridiculous...it lasts for only 8-9 hours...witout any use..imagine what if i do a moderate use..while travellng i cnt evn enjoy videos n music due to its battery fear...:smileycry::smileycry:

I assume you use ICS right?

For me (Gingerbread), hardcore gaming with sola lasts about 4 hours ONLY LOL

Therefore, I have to charge twice for one day XD

But, if I just use only the web browsing (all day), it can reach at least 6 hours battery life (as promised in most articles)

I will do an experiment about my battery life for like SolaAndroid stated scenario...

Maybe I will exceed 24 hours, who knows?
