Problems with charging.

Hello I`ve got a really big problem with mine SE Xperia Neo V. So I connected mine phone to a computer and when I unpluged it, orange lamplight of charging started to shine though I wasn`t charging also it became hotter and holding same temperature for all the time when is turned on or even turned off it shows that telephone is charging but actually battery is going lower really fast about 10% in 10 minutes. And charging really slow when I put. In 2 hours almost 50% is charged. Can anyone help me ??

Easier to say it`s charging all the time no matter what or I`m charging it or not

If it does this with a wall charger as well, then take the battery out for a little while and if that doesn't work, use the update service to update/repair the software and see if that fixes it:

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum first of all!

Have you tried turning off and on the phone and then try with another charger? Might also be wise to try removing the battery.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend you to try performing a repair of your phone's software.
