Hello SONY Support team,

It's been almost a month since the .587 firmware released for Neo V users but no one in the world has got that till now.

Enough with your diplomatic answers (gradullay rolled out) and please give an answer to each NEO V User.

If you don't answer this time, it's gonna become a consumer satisfaction issue in consumer court. Hope you understand.

Hey Siva ,

I can understand your frustration buddy.

But it's always better to wait for some more time rather than getting any buggy update .
We have already faced this bug updates with ICS update as now we have many games stopped working which was working perfect with GB.

Dude , dont worry if situation get worsen then we have many alternative to go for.

But , lets hope for a stable build update , for that we can wait for some time even .

but atleast some information should be from Sony, why this update still not released,

and why they have this info on there site that its already released on 16-08-2012

I'm afraid it's not possible to answer for each specific unit.

As you mention yourself the update is rolling out gradually and there for it might take some time before it's availalbe for all units.

hello Kumar_saurav,

I don't know yet. The main improvement I found so far is the dialer, contact, applications in general which are coming up much more quickly. Browser seems to be improved as well. Overall it seems to be much better anyway. But i don't play game with my phone or music. I'll let you know about the camera later.

I've tried the camera. It starting up very quickly now and it doesn't take for ever to focus before taking the picture. At least I think this is now about the same speed it was with GB.

Regarding battery I need to try more time but I guess it should improve the consumption as it takes half of the time to do anything on the device.

No worries, now the roll out is started so you shouldn't wait long to get the update on your device...

Hello Siva1601,

As I said above, everything seems to be better. It is still a Neo V but applications are starting quickly (or let's say muuuuch more quickly), dialer is coming up immediatly and browsing the internet is now normal and a pleasure. Scrolling in any apps is good as well and for some reasons, internet connection 3G or H seems to be quicker with of course the same provider in the same area. Before it took someting like 10 sec to get some internet pages and now only 3 or 4. No lag when Scroling in internet pages, zoom pics or using the galery (new one).
