calling cant dissconnected

dear users

I have aproblem with sony xperia P. some times when I dial a contact phone hangs and "dissconect" is not working. only way is turning off the phone. whats problem? how can I fix it?

my firmware is up to date also.

When the phone hangs during a call just lock it using the powerkey and then unlock. It will work. Atleast this works for me.

Did you tried the above work around? If yes n still its not working then try to repair your software using Sony Update Service

The problem has probably something to do with the 'frozen screen'. A common (and ignored) problem on which you can find multiple topics. A (temporarily) solution for your very problem might be to change the setting of the on/off button of the phone (top right) to end a call in stead of turning off your screen. You will find it in the accessibility settings.
