WIFI problems - and more

Dear Mr SonyEricsson,

My Xperia Go doesn't work. The wifi doesn't connect properly, it has similar issues as the ones found on this thread: Xperia Arc keeps dropping wifi connection

It's very anoying because I hve to use my 3G connection instead, and it has a limit per month which I have alreay reached. So now I am left with a phone that I can not use (ok, I can make calls and the alarm wakes me up, but I'd rather use my Nokia 3310 for that).

Hey Sony, I am uterly disatisfied. Should I prepare to complain?

And please Mr Sony, don't tell me to reboot or change settings on the router cause I can not do this at the office, in cafes, or public places.

So please tell me the truth, if you failed getting my device to work properly, just tell it.

PS: other points of disatisfaction:

- Most headsets won't owrk because Sony still used a very old 3.5 audio jack standard. Extremely dispointing that I can't use my beloved headset, even for something as basic as listening to music.

- Earpiece audio is very low/poor. Seriously, I can hardly hear anything, even in quiet places. Thinking of sending the phone back just for that.

- Although I understand it is not a primary feature, loudspeaker audio is very poor/low too, worse than my 4-year old Nokia

- wet finger tracking is a selling point on this phone, not an actually working feature

Overall satisfaction for my recent purchase is low, 3/10 (I take the price in consideration).

Thinking of sharing my experience with this phone on comments in review articles and youtube videos.

How does the phone function with an open router connection at home that you can control?

The Xperia go is my current device for the past 6 weeks, and personally, I don't have Wifi problems.

The headset jack is using the new CTIA standard (compare to iPhone), as opposed to the older OMTP standard. This should actually allow for MORE compatibility.

Earpiece audio is obviously a personal call, I can only suggest trying more headsets.

The loudspeaker could be considered low by some, but we have to consider the material used to cover the speaker to aid in water/dust resistance.

For wet finger tracking, I'd suggest a comparison between two Xperia go (if possibile) to determine if your's isn't as responsive.
