Xperia X10 Screen Issues

I have noticed this evening that a number of my apps seem to be smaller on the screen.
Paper Toss now only fills half the screen, Solitaire the cards are a lot smaller and harder to read. And MixZing, the menu font is a lot smaller.

Could these all just be issues with the apps or could I have done something to my phone? I can't see that it is possible to change the screen res on the phone and I have not downloaded any further applications that would have changed this.

At the risk of sounding like an IT person, have you tried switching it off, taking out the battery for a few seconds then switching back on. It might reset itself cos I don't think there are settings for stuff like unless maybe you are running a different launcher?

Cheers Suze, but as an IT person that was the first thing I did.

The only event that happened before it was that I was told there was an update for Retro Camera, but I didn't accept the update. Even uninstalling and re-installing these apps doesn't do anything.
