      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday while I was charging my phone, I wanted to give my friend to play with it, so I unplug it and a few minutes later it suddenly off by itself and on back showing a full red battery sign on top which means low battery so i immediately charged it back and till now I can't use my phone even to unlock it &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt; It will instantly off and on by itself again and again .. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can Somebody please help me?? :'( &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would first suggest trying a software repair to the device using the Update Service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update Service:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note, this does remove all data from the handsets memory but does not touch a SIM card or memory stick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
