ARC S (ICS 4.0.4) built-in Facebook app issue!

Hi,

Recently i have facing ICS built-in facebook app problem:

Here the issue, when i using FB app for around half an hours...then i press the home button go back to home screen,

then i wait for few seconds for it to refresh the memory then i want to go to look at the messages...but i facing it unstable till

the whole phone hang & can't function anymore...then make to open back case to remove the battery to restart the phone....

Actually what is the problem? anything can be solve? anyone facing this problem?

then i would like to know in arc s, how to restart the phone without removing the battery? it is ' press power button + volume up' ?

Have you tried to run any software reinstall or repair via SUS or PCC? If not it might be worth testing.

I don't think that the phones that have an external battery have any key combination to power off the phone.

hi...johan,

ya...i repaired my phone but issue still remain...wooly suggest me to press back button instead of home button...actually it really work for me....but i thinking some i wil forget...it is no other way to solve this problem? or sony should update some bugs?
