i bought an expria x8 last year ,but now my phone always hangup and i cannot use it anymore,im very this appointed about it, i have counsulted the warranty center here in iloilo but they cannot fixed the problem....i been using sony ericson mobile phone for about 7 years until now ,the k750 i,s500i and i was very amazed with this items but then i came using this experiax8 and im very this appointed with this item ,im looking forward to hear from you,and im hoping that i can used my phone again.....

Please try to repair the phone using Sony Update Service : http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

be aware to that this will erase the phone's data, so make a back up.

can you elaborate on the issue? are you refering to phonecalls? or something else? if the phone it's really slow then delete all your SMS/MMS and call logs that will speed up your phone and the above info, use SUS to repair it
