I recently bought my Xperia U and found a couple of bugs that has been seriously affecting me. I have listed the bugs/errors below. I believe this has already been raised by the users. Hoping that Sony Developers will look into it and fix them at the earliest.

The in-call volume is simply horrible. It is too low that i cannot hear the person speaking on the other side.

The LED notification light is too dim that the users are unable to see it in the day. Even in the night it is hard to spot. (Especially the Blue light)

The signal strength suddenly drops to zero. Happened multiple times.

I hope that these issue are rectified at the earliest.

adjust the in call volume in settings as well as u can increase by pushing two way button on right side of phone. However, low volume is reported on speaker phone and listening to music. It is supposed to be cured by software updae by Sony.

I can hear anybody well for in calls.

One of the weird things on the old X10 was the 'sweet spot' that you needed to position the phone in whilst held to your ear to get the best out of the speaker. The ear speakers seem to be very one directional so if you are off centre a bit with it the sound level drops off. I have found similar on my new Xperia P so guess you could be having the same issue. It's definately worth moving the phone around over your ear to get the exact position that is best for you.

I know it sounds odd but it does help.... honest!

1. I have never seen the notification LED band glow when I receive an sms or an email. How do I adjust the settings?

2. I am also experiencing the issue related to the signal strength. It happens atleast 3-4 times a day (more so while travelling) and the solution is a reboot of the phone.

Do other users also face the same issues?
