Software Update Problem

Hello there!

I am trying to update my Arc S to the new version of android 4.1.b.0.431 through thr sony PC companion. after connecting the device, it downloads the new software to the computer.

In the second step (Prepare), My phone automatically turns off! then the PC companion asks me to (disconnect phone from PC, turn the phone off and wait for 5 seconds (While my phone is already off!), the press on the back bottun and reconnect the phone to the laptop.

When I trun off my phone, press on back and hold it while connecting the device. the problem begins:

The device keeps on connecting and disconnecting in the PC companion (While its off) and the companion asks me to repeat the whole process again. and every time I reach to second step (Prepare) I face the same problem!

PLEASE HELP.

use SUS instead
