I used the display lock. I have insert a new SIM Card and the phone is aking me for the password. I have an Xperia Arc S Phone and it only provides me a keypad on the display like from a normal phone on the screen, but I cannot change from numbers to letters. There is no button to change from numbers to letters visible. Has anybody faced the same problem? What can I do to unblock my display? How can I change from numbers to letters? Can I reset the whole phone in worst case anyhow? I have all my contacts saved in an online google account and could upload them easily again after resetting the phone.

I think the phone is asking for the PIN code. it is dependent on the simcard,
