    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Dr chris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your help, but I could not get the &lt;SPAN style="color: #686868; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;My Phone Explorer&lt;/SPAN&gt; to recognise my old phone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I did to resolve the issue was to :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Syncronise my old VIVAZ to OUTLOOK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exported the Contacts from OUTLOOK to CSV file&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleted all contacts on my new XPERIA S, Deleted all Contacts from GOOGLE Contacts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Imported the CSV file to GOOGLE Conatcts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Syncronised my new XPERIA S with GOOGLE Contacts and I have all my numbers for all contacts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I imported my contacts from my old (Vivaz) phone and have attemted both methods, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC Companion via USB and via Google.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All my contacts only have one number or no number, so where I previously had a Landline and mobile number for a contact I will now only have one of the numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not an option to copy toi sIM because the Xperia s uses micro SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me get sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the My Phone Explorer website, it actually states that with Symbian based phones such as the Vivaz, you need to synchronise with PC companion/suite before MPE will recognise the phone.Otherwise, you may have to change the COM port number in MPE's connection settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case, I'm glad you found a solution using outlook (to which MPE will syncronise anyway) and google.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
