Hi,

I have purchased new sony xperia s recently. I have installed latest pc companion. I found out there is new update available for my phone. I proceeded with updation; It went through different stages in the update wizard. Afterreaching the Preparing computer for software update stage it raised an error saying "Unable to install smart phone software components".

My current software version - 6.A.3.62

Kindly help me.

use SUS instead
